GMP is a standard set forth by Health Canada that regulates every step of our production. It legislates and requires that manufacturers produce Natural Health Products (NHPs) according to a set of highly stringent standards that require proper manufacturing processes to ensure safety and efficacy for Canadian consumers. This includes, but is not limited to, laboratory testing (pesticides, bacteria, fungi, potency, dosage etc).

We ship Canada wide.

We accept returns of most products in original condition (unopened, unused) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not within our return guidelines. Items are considered final sale after 30 days. Upon receiving your return, our  team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in original and resalable condition before approving and issuing a refund. Restocking fees may be deducted from your refund, or a partial refund issued, if items are determined to not be in their original and resalable condition. Refunds will not be issued proactively while a return is in transit back to our warehouse location, under any circumstances. If approved, refunds will be processed by our returns team, back to the mode of payment used at time of purchase.

If the item was incorrectly sent, we will cover all return costs. If the item was purchased and later decided that it wasn't wanted, costumers will be responsible for the cost returning of the item(s) .
